Terms and Conditions for Customers 

These Terms and Conditions govern the facilitation services that lanascleanandfreshcare.com will make available to you, and are in addition to the website terms of use that apply from time to time, to your use of the Website (as defined below)
You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Website, as by using our Website and using the Facilitation Services, you are confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you will comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should leave our Website and cease using the Facilitation Services immediately.

We, Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care make the Facilitation Services available to you via the Website.

ACCESS
Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care provides services when the customer is present in the home or office. Alternatively, if an access code is provided granting access into the home or office when the customer is not present. 

PAYMENT
Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning. We don’t accept any checks. 

SCHEDULING
Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our checklist and priorities discussed during your consultation. One-Time Cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. If you forego a deep clean at the commencement of your service, please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home and assure you that our maintenance cleanings will address the areas in need of additional attention as quickly as possible.
We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care may occasionally provide a replacement professional house cleaner.
If, due to the unique nature of your home, your service providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price of cleanings considered as heavy or inappropriate to the description of the home submitted at booking. To be safe, always check the information you entered into the booking form and remember that for us to perform our job you should leave the place uncluttered. 

ARRIVAL WINDOWS
To ensure quality service for all valued clients, Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care cannot specify exact arrival times. Arrival windows allow our professional house cleaners to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you.
Service provider(s) will arrive within the following timeframes:
When we have a key to the home, our arrival window is between 8am and 2pm.
When we are meeting someone at the home, we will set a two-hour arrival window between the hours of 8am and 2pm. 

FEEDBACK
After each cleaning, you’ll have the opportunity to write feedback on our website. Your rating will directly determine the compensation level for the professional house cleaners assigned to your home. Please take a moment to offer your comments. We value your opinions and your feedback is essential for us to improve our service and serve you better. 

24-HOUR GUARANTEE
Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right. 

GRATUITY
Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your professional cleaners. Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal. 

CANCELLATION
We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care requires notice of 48 hours. Please contact us directly to make schedule changes. Schedule or service changes may not be made through your professional house cleaner. If cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, we may, at our discretion, charge a fee of up to 20% additional for your next cleaning service.
Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply. 

BREAKAGE/LOSS
If breakage/loss occurs, notification must be made within 48 hours of service. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $100 per location liability limit for key replacement and/or locksmith services. 

SUPPLIES
Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care uses safe and reliable professional-grade cleaning supplies to clean your home. However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us to discuss prior to your cleaning so we might provide instructions to your professional house cleaner. 

PETS
Please secure all pets in their travel crates or kennels. Our cleaners will treat all pets with love and respect; however, we cannot be responsible for their escape. 

SERVICE LIMITATIONS
For safety and insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder.
We will attempt to reach all visible areas with either an extension duster or vacuum extension.
We cannot move items weighing more than 25 pounds.
We cannot touch or move firearms in order to clean an area. Clients who own firearms should move them to an area we do not clean.
We do not clean animal/human feces, urine, vomit, blood or other similar bio-hazard materials.
We do not use bleach, except for at the client’s request. Please note, we will not be responsible for damage it may cause.
We clean “living space” only, which is the area in a home or facility that has air conditioning.
We do not remove or haul away trash, debris or furniture.
Before we get started on a new cleaning project, all equipment, tools and/or debris must be removed. It is highly recommended that all work orders for construction have been completed before final clean up services have been provided. The final clean we provide is a very thorough and detailed deep clean in preparation for the new homeowners to move in. We place no guarantee on this type of service for the simple fact that most construction companies completely fail to adhere to this policy and usually have contactors working inside of the home while cleaners are attempting to clean it, as they clean some areas contractors create additional messes within areas of the home that the cleaning crew has already cleaned. We take no responsibility for the outcome of cleanings which fall under “NEW CONSTRUCTION”.

LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability to you for:
death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any other matter for which we are not permitted by law to exclude or limit our liability.
If you are an individual consumer:
Please note that we only provide Facilitation Services to consumers for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Facilitation Service for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
If you are a business customer:
We exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to this website or any content on it, whether express or implied. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the Facilitation Services. In particular, we will not be liable for:
loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
business interruption;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

LICENSE
Unless otherwise stated, Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care and/or it's licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Lana’s Clean and Fresh Care. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. 

IFRAMES
Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our Web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Web site.
